March 1, 2008 I have had the privilege of working with Sheri Chisholm for the last four and a half years. Our first project together was in 2004 during the construction of my home at 4816 Wedgefield Drive. Sheri designed the overall landscaping plan for the house as well as its irrigation plan. She and her crew then completed the landscaping installation in a timely and prefessional manner. Her servcies included significant grading, amending soil, and installing the irrigation system, sod and over 300 plants and trees. They did an outstanding job! Her work and the quality and variety of plants she uses has amazed me. In her original plan, Sheri accounted for various beds throughout the yards that could be planted in stages, and installed irrigation hookups for them. Over the next two years, she and her crew designed and installed a 600 square foot brick-paver patio and flagstone fire pit, along with accent lighting and a fountain. She also revamped the existing back gardens and irrigation system to accommodate the new plantings, trees, and sod. The result was beautiful and wonderfully functional. The patio has greatly expanded our living space, and we use it all year long. It compliments our home, and seamlessly looks as if the patio was built during the original construction. Sheri Chisholm is an excellent professional garden designer, and a wonderful person with whom to work. She is a gifted artist who is honest, direct, accountable, and fair-minded. Her work ethic is extraordinary. She has extensive knowledge of plants and their needs, especially regarding what selections work the best in growing in the Coastal South. Sheri is a great listener, and has an uncanny ability to transform customers' abstract ideas into beautiful, lush gardens. She is the consummate business and horticultural professional. I look forward to many more projects with her and Flora Landscapes in the future. Sincerely, Julia
